Eight companies which will submit bids for the construction of the Abu Dhabi’s prominent Golf Gardens real estate project have reportedly short listed by Sorouh Real Estate.
The sought after work will include construction of residential villas, a club house, roads and infrastructure, landscaping and all other essential elements of the project, which will be comprised of 389 luxurious residential villas and town homes built over 347,000 square meters, according to Gulf News.
It will also boast convenience stores, high-end restaurants, health and fitness centers, swimming pools and tennis courts within its Gardens Club located in the heart of the development.
