The Syrian authorities [2] have raised the prices of petrol, wheat and flour, state media said Monday, three days after the price of diesel was hiked amid a severe economic crisis in the war-torn country. [3]
"The ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection issued a decision to raise the selling price of 95-octane gasoline to 60 Syrian pounds ($0.75) per litre," said pro-regime daily Al-Watan.
