Canon Middle East, the world leader in imaging solutions, has once again confirmed its commitment to local professional photographers by providing its specialised Canon Professional Services (CPS) team at the World Rally Championships, which recently took place in Amman.
Over 50 professional photographers from Jordan’s various newspapers, photo agencies, and freelancers utilised Canon’s CPS offering, enhancing their personal photography experience and ensuring that their work went unhindered. Professional services made available to Canon photographers covering the World Rally included camera sensor cleansing and checks, minor Canon camera repairs, technical expertise and one-to-one guidance.
“Our presence at the World Rally is an excellent example of our approach to be close to our customers, offering world class after-sales service and support to professional photographers. The CPS team further ensured all photographers had access to the best resources in terms of technical support and guidance,” said Amgad Basha, Sales Manager, Canon Middle East.
During the action packed event, photographers attended Canon’s professional photography workshop where they learnt different photo shooting techniques useful to capture powerful fast moving, action packed World Rally shots.
“Canon’s brand promise is to help people realise the power of image. The photography workshop on macro and wireless flash techniques hosted by Canon provided a platform for professional photographers to further enhance their skill set within the realm of digital photography,” concluded Basha.
The CPS programme offers qualified Canon customers extensive after-sales support and relevant information for imaging professionals. The programme offers professional users of Canon products exclusive, free access to a range of benefits - including CPS support teams at many international and local events, a priority repair service, and direct support from Canon Professional Representatives in select MENA countries.
