The famous Egyptian producer Ahmad Al Zabki threatened the Lebanese star Noor after she refused to pay him back the US$80,000 that she received as a payment to star in the film “Boshkash.” The Lebanese star suddenly decided to pull out of the film a few months back.
Al Sabki said that if talks with Noor are unsuccessful then he will file a lawsuit against her asking for compensation.
Noor said there is a clause in the contract that says she is tied to the director of the film, Amro Arafah, and since Amro withdrew, so did she.
Noor just signed a new contract to star in the film “Michano,” instead of the Egyptian actress Mina Shalabi, who declined the role. The new film also stars the Syrian actor Tim Hasan.
The film revolves around a handsome real estate agent, who captures the attention of his female co-workers. He is very shy, but when Noor comes to the company they fall in love.
Tim’s character has a medical problem and Noor accompanies him on a long trip to America and France for medical treatment.
