the Khaliji (Gulf) music scene with a collection of songs she recently

According to the London based Elaph, during a recent
television interview, Angham defended her idea of singing in the Khaliji
dialect stressing that she has a wide range of fans around the Arab Gulf, who
are always anxious for her to release new songs in the Khaliji dialect.
Recently, Angham was criticized for turning to the Khaliji
song stating that she did so because the Egyptian music industry was
deteriorating.
Angham stressed that she had released a Khaliji album in the
past and it witnessed significant success all around the Arab world especially
the Gulf region.
