First, it was her “keep your bones strong” and osteoporosis campaign, where she stepped into the role of Anlene Ambassador - a nutrient-rich adult milk specially formulated for optimal bone health - for the Middle East that got us thinking about how fit we are.
Now, she’s calling on all women to once again care for their bones. But this time, she’s encouraging women to expose themselves to some sunlight in order to get the sufficient amount of vitamin D levels that our bodies need to stay healthy.
The health-freak took on to her Twitter page and tweeted a photo which read: “Low exposure to sunlight can lead to low vitamin D levels.”
