The crisis that had clouded over Egyptian actress Ghada Rizik’s new film “Al Hub Al Akheer” (The Last Love) and forced a delay in filming, has finally cleared.
The actress is currently filming the remaining scenes with costar with Lebanese singer Samo Zein, and hopes for a screening date this summer.
The new film is a rediscovery of Ghada’s potential as a movie star. The actress had gone through a state of depression when the film was previously stopped over a major dispute between director Ismail Farouq and one of the cast.
Ghada revealed that she has committed herself to a number of new films, which she will begin working on the second half of this year.
According to the UAE based daily, Al Bayan, Ghada stated that she is playing the leading role in all of the new films. She has played numerous secondary roles in the past and “has reached a point where she can take on the responsibility of being the lead actress,” she affirmed.
The actress is also filming the remaining scenes of the film “Zai El Hawa,” directed by Akram Farid and co-staring Khalid El Nabawi.
