After a long absence, Egyptian actor Kamal al Shinnawi enters TV studios to shoot his new series Dawae’i Umniya scripted by Mohsen al Gallad and directed by Mohammed Fadel, according to the local papers.
Shinnawi plays the role of a domineering man who seeks collecting money through any means, legal and illegal. Suddenly, the man discovers that he has a lot of enemies who are trying to destroy him, yet, he is being targeted by killing attempts. Therefore, he decides to hire a bodyguard.
After a long search, he finds a student who is fired from a police collage. Meanwhile, the greedy man’s daughter fells in love with the young bodyguard who tries to convince the father to change his way of living and stop harming people around him, as this is the only way of being safe.
Costarring in the series along with Shinnawi, are, Maged al Massri, Minna Shalabi, Khairiyya Ahmed and Mohammed Metwalli.
Shinnawi’s latest TV series has been al Aa’ila wa al Nass (The Family and The People) directed also by Fadel, scripted by Magdi Saber and costarring Fardos Abdel Hamid and Yousef Shaaban. It was screened two years ago – Albawaba.com
