Marwa shy by nature

Lebanese controversial singer/actress Marwa has revealed
that her character in actual life is very different from the one she portrays in
the cinema. She stated that she is very shy by nature and she is easily embarrassed
by wearing revealing cloths or acts of seduction. Marwa added that those who
know her well realize that she is very shy.

Marwa denied being very daring and stated that the person
people see in concerts and movies is completely different from the person she
is in reality and many are shocked when they get to know her better in person
and see how embarrassed she is by the seductive and provocative roles she plays.

With regards to her role in the film “Mashroo’ Ghair Akhlaqi”
(An unethical project) and the scene of her being raped, Marwa stated that the
film passed the Egyptian Censorship Committee standards without undergoing any
modifications, even the rape scene. She added that the scene was done in a way
that there was no nudity involved and members of the Censorship Committee were
very impressed with the way it was acted out and she feels it was one of the
most important acts she performed in her career.
