Whilst ordinary folk might head to their local mall when they're in need of a new outfit, Jordanian actress and singer Mays Hamdan is taking a shopping trip to Turkey in search of clothes to wear in the music video for her latest Khaliji single 'Ma Areeduh' (What I Want).
And that's not all - the star's making sure she gets it right by bringing along Lebanese fashion designer Fouad Sarkis for the ride.
Sakris should be a good choice of designer given that the video will be shot in Lebanon under the direction of Lebanese director Fadi Haddad.
Hamdan has enjoyed success with her recent Egyptian TV dramas 'Al Nar wal Teen' (Fire and Mud) and 'Taraf Thalith' (Third Party). Middle East portal Elaph has reported that the positive feedback showered on Hamdan after the shows exceeded all her expectations.
Unsurprisingly Hamdan wants to keep up this winning streak even if it means country hopping for a new dress!
Is Hamdan's Turkish shopping trip over the top or should stars do everything it takes to look their best? Leave us your comments below!
