In the latest shake-up in the Arab talent show world, rumors are rife that Lebanese singer Nancy Ajram will be joining Arab Idol's judging panel in a move that could leave UAE popstar Ahlam or Egyptian composer Hassan Al Shafi out of a job.
A few days ago popular Lebanese singer and Idol judge Ragheb Alama took to Twitter to let followers in on the juicy gossip, tweeting: 'A bird has told me that there is a chance that Lebanese singer Nancy Ajram will join our judging committee on the second season of Arab Idol.' The star who can rest easy knowing his own part in the next series is in the bag went on to tweet: 'This news is wonderful for me and for all of you.'
Adding fuel to the gossip, Nancy shared Ragheb's tweet on her own page. But, the controversial star has kept fans guessing by refusing to officially confirm or deny if the rumors are true.
Loyal fans of the show are left wondering if their favorite judge will be outed to make way for Nancy or if she will be an added extra to last season's panel.
And, viewers aren't the only ones who are worried - after Nancy stole the show as a judge on Miss Lebanon, the rest of Idol's celeb panel are sure to be concerned that they will lose the spotlight!
