Lebanese singer Nawal Al Zoughbi has denied rumors over the existence of disputes between her and production company Alam El Phan.
The singer confirmed that she has not broken her contract with the company, mentioning her strong ties with the company and its owner Muhsin Jaber.
According to the Saudi based daily, Al Riyadh, Nawal revealed that she had only one misunderstanding with the company over the airing of her music videos from the album "Ainaik Kadabeen" (Lying Eyes).
The company demanded exclusivity to air the videos on their personal music channel; however Nawal refused, wanting her videos dispersed to a variety of music channels. Alam El Phan agreed to give her complete freedom to distribute her music, resolving the issue.
Her previous contract with Alam EL Phan has ended, but she plans on renewing the contract and revealed they will produce her upcoming album.
Elli Deeb, business manager and husband of Nawal, revealed that Nawal did hold negotiations with Rotana Production Company, but they failed due to Rotana’s conditions of exclusivity.
