Pay TV network OSN  has announced that it has invested in 15 brand new shows including the OSN-produced reality series Mousameh Karim, starring George Kordahi, at a press conference in Dubai yesterday. Kordahi was at the press meet along with Cherine Abdelnour and Sherif Salama, who will star in two other shows Seirat Hob and Al Khatiaah respectively. These shows will be broadcast on OSN’s Arabic channel, OSN Ya Hala HD.
Mousameh Karim marks OSN’s second original production this year following the positive response it received to El Boss. Based on the popular international format ‘You’ve Got Mail’, OSN’s Arabic adaptation will see George Kordahi’s return to television after four years in a never-seen-before role.

Highlighting the importance of forgiveness, George Kordahi’s Mousameh Karim premieres on April 4. The show reaches out to estranged family members and friends with the aim to reunite them.

Also premiering this April are the most sought-after Turkish shows including the hugely followed Hareem Al Sultan which returns with Season 4 on April 21, while the second season of Intiqam starring Beren Saat is back on April 1 and will continue through Ramadan.
Doubling its investment in exclusive content especially for the Holy Month of Ramdan, MENA viewers can look forward to nine brand new and exclusive dramas across OSN Ya Hala HD, OSN Ya Hala Shabab HD and OSN Ya Hala Drama HD. From leading Gulf dramas featuring the biggest names to returning seasons of popular shows, MENA viewers will be spoilt for choice.

Ramadan on OSN will be headlined by Al Khatiaah featuring Sherif Salama, renowned action drama star and ambassador of OSN’s ‘Live More’ CSR campaign; and the Sirine Abdelnour and Maxim Khalil starrer Seirat Hob.
Al Khatiaah narrates Yaseen’s story highlighting the trials and tribulations in his life following an encounter with an old colleague, soon after his divorce. Seirat Hob is an enchanting love story that guarantees to melt even tough hearts. Set in the modern Arab world, the show provides all the frills and thrills expected from a romantic drama.
Other Ramadan highlights on OSN Ya Hala include thriller series, El Ekhwaa which returns with season 2 starring the Arab world’s biggest TV personalities, Taim Hassan and Amal Bashosha; Gulf drama, Intiqam Aziz starring Naif Al Rashid will bring to light sensitive issues affecting the region; while the captivating Maysa’a Moghrabi stars in Kabel Lelkaser, a story about love, heartbreak and tragedy. Fans of Hiba Regl El Ghurab can look forward to season 2 as it premieres this Ramadan with the multitalented Emmy Samir Ghanim taking viewers on new adventures.
