The process of filming, editing, and releasing the awaited music video for Pascale Machalaani’s song "Ahlam Al Banat" (Girls Dreams) has been entirely controversial . The pop princess decided the original version was too daring and had to re-edit to make it more suitable for her audience. The finished product has been posted on the Internet for a few weeks, and fans love what they’re seeing! The YouTube video has received more than a million hits and counting!
According the Middle East news portal Elaph, Pascale tweeted her happiness over the success of her latest clip directed by Joe Bu Eid, which marks her post-baby return to the music scene.
The song written and composed by Marwan Khoury has made it to the top of the music charts in both Tunisia and Dubai, where it is ranked number one.
Pascale can only hope the new Lebanese single she is working on will be as big of a hit.
