Saudi singer Rashed Al-Majed [2]didn't make any friends in the Twitter world this week after branding the social networking site a 'waste of time'.
The star says he has bucked the Arab celeb trend [3]by refusing to open a Twitter account and warned fas that tweeps using his name are fakes.
According to website Al Muheet, Rashed went on to say that he prefers meeting people face-to-face rather than online.
The singer might not have time for much of either at the moment though as he has recently debuted two new songs - 'Adrey (I know) and 'Wada'an' (Goodbye) - on Gulf radio in the same week.
