Samer Al Masri denies fleeing Syria

Prominent Syrian actor Samer Al Masri denied circulating
rumors that he has fled Syria on a permanent residence and is now living in
Lebanon. The actor stressed that he will never reside anywhere but Syria no
matter what the conditions are.

Samer stated that he does not understand how such a rumor
spread so quickly over the internet and said he would never make such a step
especially since he is currently very busy working on a number of projects for television.

The actor said that the only time he resides in Lebanon is
during the summer when his children are on vacation.
