British-Muslim singing extraordinaire, Sami Yusuf [2] has released his new album called 'Salaam' (Peace), hoping to hook in his Middle Eastern audience with the title. The record is Sami's fourth and includes a suprise duet with the songster's father on the single, 'Ighfir li Khateeti' (Forgive My Sins).
According to the Middle East news portal Elaph, the 'modest' singer [3] thinks this latest album is his best yet and is expecting a hit across the Muslim world. Sami told reporters the title is meant to hold a universal message tying Creator to creation as well as calling for peace in the world as a whole.
