Mohammad Hamaki in ICU

Egyptian singer Mohammad Hamaki encountered a sudden
deterioration to his health and was immediately admitted to an Intensive Care
Unit (ICU) at one of the hospitals in Cairo.

Doctors performed a number of medical tests on the singer
and discovered that he had suffered a number of heart attacks and performed
heart surgery on him. The singer is scheduled to undergo a third surgery.

A number of family members and close friends are currently
by Mohammad’s side. Among those present are singers Mohamamd Foad, Tamer Husni
and Mustafa Qamar.

On a different note, Mohamamd Hamaki had recently celebrated
his engagement to a young woman from outside the entertainment society and
dedicated a special song to her titled “Eddi Bi Eddik” (My hand in yours.)
