National Bank of Kuwait, the best bank in the Middle East, launched a mass media campaign under the slogan ’Why NBK’ where customers explain why NBK is their bank of choice.
The campaign is based entirely on the views of NBK customers, who expressed their confidence in and loyalty to NBK and satisfaction with the high quality of services and products the bank offers. Thousands of NBK customers of all ages and from all social strata took part in the campaign. The initiative is the first of its kind in the region.
“We listen to our customers. We want to know what they like and where we can do better. This campaign illustrates our commitment to getting it right,” Abdulla Al-Najran Al-Tuwaijri, NBK Deputy General Manager of Consumer Banking Group said at a NBK press conference launching the ‘Why NBK?’ campaign. “We want to thank our customers for their feedback and support,” he added.
Al Tuwaijri said that 2010 was an exceptional year for NBK. It was chosen as the best bank in the Middle East according to the world’s premier financial voices, and is the highest rated among banks in the region and the safest in the Arab world for the second year in a row. These achievements would not have been possible without customer loyalty and satisfaction with NBK services and products.
Al Tuwaijri confirmed that this campaign demonstrates the close relationship and bond between NBK and its customers. The campaign also reflects the commitment of NBK to communicate with customers and to explore their views in order to develop products and services to meet their changing needs and requirements.
