Abu Khader Automotive, the newly appointed importer for BMW in Jordan is celebrating the opening of its new state-of-the-art service centre by launching a free oil change service for its BMW customers.
Valid from now until the end of end of November, customers who book their BMW vehicles in for the first service can avail of a complementary oil-change on their next service visit.
Commenting on the campaign, Zaid Al Abdallat, General Manager, Abu Khader Automotive said: "Last month when we announced our appointment as the new BMW importer, we said that we are committed to providing premium quality products and services to our customers here in Jordan. Our mission is to provide customers with a high level ownership experience that consistently exceeds our customers' expectations, and this complementary campaign demonstrates our commitment to this claim."
Conveniently located in Bayader Wadi Al-Seer, the new after sales facility represents a substantial investment into staff training programs and has been updated with the latest computerized service and diagnostic equipment to ensure the delivery of BMW's world-class after sales service. The service centre includes 26 workshop working bays covering: parts management; service advisors; warranty management; mechanical and electrical diagnosis; a body and paint workshop; and Fast Lane Service, a concept designed to cater for quick servicing requirements of all BMW models within a two hour period.
The Abu Khader Automotive after sales facility in Bayader Wadi Al-Seer is operational six days a week from 8am to 5pm, and on Thursdays until 1:30pm. The all-new showroom for new BMW cars is situated in Mecca Street and is planned to open by the end of this year.
