The Jordanian football fans are hoping that their team redeems itself after last week's loss and can overtakes tomorrow's match against Palestine.
Thousands of Jordanians at home and in Doha were left disappointed last Friday when their team set out to qualify for the Asian Nations Cup 2000 and surprisingly lost to Kazakhstan 0-1. The goal came on the 10th minute following a dreadful mistake by the Jordanian goalie.
Three days after this painful loss, the atmosphere in the Jordanian camp is better. The players are optimistic regarding Tuesday's game, addustour daily reports.
Muhammad Abu al-A'ud, the technical manager, has already promised to make changes in the starting line up following the low performance of some players and in order to adjust his team to the Palestinian team tactics. The first to lose his place was the goalie Abu Nasuh who is being replaced by Faridun Shams a Din.
