National Bank of Kuwait (NBK), the leading bank in Kuwait and highest rated bank in the Middle East, launches the Corporate Service Center dedicated to serve corporate clients on the mezzanine floor of its Head Office (1) branch in Kuwait City. The new Corporate Service Center will serve corporate clients along with the existing service centers available in some of the branches.
"The Center aims to provide several banking services to its customers", stated Mazin Saad Al Nahedh, GM of Corporate Banking Group. The Centre will execute several non-cash transaction i.e. Processing KD Cheques, KD Telex Transfers, account to account transfers, Term Deposits, Demand Drafts, Payment Orders as well as other value added services. Al Nahedh added "This will help in the operational efficiency of the business and will provide better and faster customer services."
NBK new Corporate Service Center working hours will be from 08:30am to 03:00pm during normal days (Sunday to Thursday), and from 10:00am to 01:30pm during the Holy month of Ramadan (Sunday to Thursday).
