Saar Central, CAPIVEST's premier real estate project, has today announced it will be sponsoring one of the region's leading property exhibitions: the 7th Bahrain International Property Exhibition (BIPEX) 2010. Held under the patronage of His Excellency Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain, BIPEX 2010 will be held at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre from 11 November to 13 November, 2010.
Commenting on Saar Central's sponsorship of BIPEX 2010, Nader Al Qassab, Board Member of Sakan Development Company – owner of Saar Central – said, "Real estate and infrastructure development have played a key role in the development of Bahrain, and will continue to do so in the next few years as the real estate market recovers. Saar Central is proud to be a part of this and to contribute towards developing Bahrain's burgeoning real estate market."
"BIPEX is the ideal platform for the industry's players to come together and exchange notes and seal deals, which makes it the perfect venue for the unveiling of our recently completed development. The progress made on completing Saar Central, despite the challenging market conditions, is indicative of the strong position we enjoy within Bahrain's real estate market and the confidence we have in both our project and the rest of the industry."
Saar Central, which is managed by CAPIVEST, is located on a sprawling 65,000 sq m area and offers a mix of 82 villas of varied size and appointment, ranging from simply elegant to modern to luxurious. Located in the popular Saar area of Bahrain, the villas adhere to the highest international quality standards and specifications, with a wide range of options available to satisfy all the needs and wants of potential homeowners.
"We look forward to participating as diamond sponsors in this year's BIPEX, one of the region's most prestigious real estate exhibitions, and towards the breadth of knowledge sharing that will undoubtedly occur, helping to showcase the region's buoyant real estate market and its growing potential," concluded Mr. Al Qassab.
