Wataniya Airways, Kuwait's premium service airline, announced the opening of its new 24 hour Guest Telephone Contact Centre on phone number 118 starting from the holy month of Ramadan. The airline also announced the opening hours of its sales offices during the holy month with the aim of providing an even more convenient and service friendly experience for all the airline's guests.
Jassim Al Qames, Head of Public Relations at Wataniya Airways said: "We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all our guests and Kuwait for the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan. Wataniya Airways has provided new opening times during the Holy month that suit our guests' travel needs, especially as we're witnessing such high demand across many of our destinations, including Jeddah and in addition to the high demand anticipated for Eid travel after the holy month." AlQames added that the premium airline has come up with new offers for its guests during Ramadan to perform Umrah, which include two nights in Dar Al Tawheed Hotel inclusive of all meals starting from KD 429, and has witnessed extensive demand from Wataniya's guests.
"In addition to our 24 hour telephone availability at our guest contact centre 118, our main sales office at Kuwait International Airport will be open seven days a week from 09:00 am until 02:00 pm and from 08:30 pm until 01:00 am during the evening, while the Sheikh Saad Terminal ticketing counter will be open from 5am to 10 pm," added Al Qames.
"The airline's sales office located at Discovery Mall in Kuwait City will open from Saturdays to Thursdays and will have two shifts; 9:30 am to 2:30 pm, and 8 pm until 1 am. We believe the new opening hours in Ramadan reflect the demands of Wataniya Airways' guests across Kuwait and the airline's efforts in providing a better quality service that meets their expectations," he concluded.
