Interim manager Rafa Benitez  has assured Chelsea  fans that his team has great potential and that he could lead the club towards a glorious future, following the launch of a hate campaign against him by some fans due to his being a former Liverpool  manager.
Praising the Blues' players for their attitude and their desire to learn, The Mirror quoted Benitez, as saying that he felt that Chelsea  is on the verge of continued success.
Stating that there is no problem with the average age of the squad, Benitez said that his players are good professionals, but added that some needed more confidence and experience in the Premier League.
Calling his team as being in transition, Benitez said the current priority for the team is to finish in the top four or top three in the Premier League.
Benitez Insisted that he has an increased ambition to win more trophies, and mentioned his wish to win the FA Cup and the Europa League.
Benitez claimed that he is not bitter about the hate mail from fans. (ANI )
