Abramovich and Mourinho have reportedly reconciled their differences dating back to the end of Mourinho's first spell at Stamford Bridge in 2007, following which the Portuguese coach is 'almost certain' to return to his West London position, the Mirror reports.
According to the report, Real's loss by four nil to Dortmund in Germany in the first leg of the Champions League semi-final will hasten Falcao's exit from the club.
Mourinho, who has also been chased by Paris Saint-Germain and Monaco, believes that this is going to be his last season at Real, closely followed by Falcao who has been on the Chelsea list for even longer and will reportedly be swooped for a whopping 60 million pounds.
Chelsea striker Fernando Torres has said that Chelsea hopes for top players and big names to be associated with the club, adding that Falcao's joining the club would not come as a surprise to him since Chelsea has always welcomed good players. (ANI )
