The Uruguayan took a tumble in the box against Stoke City in October's goalless draw at Anfield and he admits he tried to invent a foul because his team wasn't winning the game, the Sun reports.
Potters boss Tony Pulis labeled Suarez an embarrassment and called for a retrospective three-match ban.
The forward said he doesn't listens to all the criticism he faces for his antics on the pitch, since he is just concerned with winning a game.
Suarez said he is accused of cheating and people claim he throws himself all the time inside the box, adding that his critics were right when they blamed him for diving against Stoke because he did dive to help Liverpool win the game.
Suarez said he is criticized so much in the media because his name sells newspapers and also because he is a South American.
Suarez caused outrage again this month after handballing Liverpool's winner against non-league Mansfield in the FA Cup, but he insists the incident was not deliberate and reckons criticism was not deserved.
Suarez also believes he is unjustly targeted because he is South American and also claimed the English media is biased towards Manchester United. (ANI )
