The Citizens did not add any new faces in the transfer window despite being linked with an attempted late double swoop for Eliaquim Mangala and Fernando from FC Porto.
With a side that already looks as deep as any in the league at all positions, they are believed the side that should win it all unless they beat themselves.
Chelsea on the other hand was heavily active in the market selling off out-of-favor Spanish playmaker, Juan Mata, Belgian winger Kevin De Bruyne and veteran fan favorite Michael Essien to help cover the finances incurred by the acquisitions of Nemanja Matic, Mohamed Salah and Kurt Zouma.
Matic already has made his debut and Salah could come off the bench on Monday evening if his speed and trickery are to be used against the current table toppers in hopes of being the first club to upset the Citizens on their home turf in quite some time.

Chelsea XI: Cech: Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Azpilicueta; Lampard, Matic, Ramires; Willian, Eto'o, Hazard.
