Remembering Our Queen
Ever since I was a kid I used to hear about Queen Alia. I heard stories about her, I saw her photos, but it was only until recently that I truly learned who she was.

"Are we going to talk about what is it that is making you give me the silent treatment?"
The father replies: "I've heard stories about you going the wrong way in --country's name--."

Homosexuality in the Middle East: A Jihad for Love
"A friend from Australia sent me a message to watch a documentary called A Jihad For Love, and they said “man Islam is such an enchanting religion it’s so mystical”. I logged into Youtube and searched for this documentary. I found it, and it describes the relationship between Islam and Homosexuality (Gay, Lesbian, Bisexuality, cross-dressing….)"
"The documentary shows that there is no contradiction between being a good Muslim and embracing one’s sexuality. I am sure many less liberal muslims would condemn this documentary, issue some fatwa to hunt down the producers and director."
"As shown any passage in the Quran about homosexuality is about the people of Lot or Lut."
A compendium of the topic Homosexuality in the Middle East, historically, theologically and legality.

Scandalously Done
Our witness in Tripoli writes:
If there was any doubt before, there is no longer now: Qaddafi has explicitly declared intention to massacre his own people! A French medical source in Benghazi claimed that the death toll in Benghazi area only reached 2000 martyrs (which mean total martyrs of Libya must have reached 3000 – may they rest in peace).
