Saar Central, CAPIVEST’s premier real estate project, has today announced the completion of all testing and commissioning of its villas, allowing villa transfers to homeowners to begin. This follows the Bahrain Electricity & Water Authority’s (EWA) recent completion of all works on the 66KVA sub-station located within the Saar Central development and the installing of individual villa electric meters, allowing the Saar Central homes to be fully connected to the national electricity grid.

Commenting on this latest development at Saar Central, Nader Al Qassab, Board Member of Sakan Development Company – owner of Saar Central – said, “I am very pleased to announce that all of Saar Central’s villas are now fully connected to the electric grid and are operational, marking the final milestone for this unique development. Despite recent events and uncertain market conditions, Saar Central has seen continued interest from potential owners, which emphasizes the strong offering this development has for homeowners. We have already begun to transfer villas to enthusiastic owners, and we look forward to welcoming all residents to their Saar Central homes in the near future.”

The EWA focuses its efforts on ensuring that all areas of the Kingdom of Bahrain are provided with reliable, efficient and cost-effective electricity and water services via the national power and water grids.  The completion of the Saar Central 66KVA substation does just that, not only connecting the Saar Central development to the national power grid, but also augmenting the entire Saar area’s power supply.  The Saar Central villas have been fully tested and commissioned to the highest quality standards, a significant accomplishment for the EWA who are dedicated to providing quality services for the Kingdom.
