Who's judging whose talent now? Arab celebs left out of panels throw a hissy fit!
With the big three talent shows out in force, all eyes are on who will make judge this year. While ordinary viewers will be looking to the quirky contestants and great singing voices, Arab celebrities are squinting for any spare chairs on those panels.
Nancy Ajram, the Lebanese lady who has titled herself ‘super’ is the latest onto the list and is unsurprisingly thrilled. After all, a post on the ‘Idol ‘Talent' or ‘Voice' panel is a ticket to all things fame and fortune.
Just ask Ragheb Alama, judge on Arab Idol, who has cashed-in with a perfume launch and international tour. Or Qusay Khader who became a household name after presenting Arabs Got Talent despite being a relative nobody before.

Others choose to take the moral high ground, taking comfort in their chart success and quest for world peace as they are cruelly snubbed by the talent show world. Better luck next time eh?

The usual suspects who did not make the draw are on the warpath, and the proof is in their catty comments. The fails and successes of the Arab celeb jury world in ongoing talent show season are presented in our 'judged' slideshow panel. Continue reading below »
