Arsenal want to bring Balotelli back to Premier League
Young Italian star, Mario Balotelli certainly made waves during his career in England, with Manchester City. Apart from the constant disruptive headlines, he helped City win two trophies in two years.
Ballotelli was sold to A.C. Milan in 2013. Balotelli seemed much happier returning to his homeland, but that seems to have too run its course.
Balotelli isn't having the best year, but neither is his club. Italian giants, Milan are sitting eleventh in the table, and Balotelli has only managed 9 goals this season. Milan may be looking to sell the young Italian, and apparently Arsenal are interested in buying.
Metro.co.uk is reporting that Arsenal have some interest in bringing the 23-year-old striker to London. It has been reported that Arsene Wenger has met with Mario Balotelli's agent as he weighs up a £25 million deal to sign Balotelli at the end of the season. It has also been reported that Arsenal's new sponsor, Puma, could help fund the transfer.
Initial talks have gone well, and Arsenal looks set to make a transfer splash once the summer window opens.
