Arsenal projected UCL lineup against Napoli
Arsenal continue to have injury concerns as Theo Walcott, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Lukas Podolski, Santi Cazorla, Abou Diaby and Yaya Sanogo are all still sidelined. Tomas Rosicky has joined training but he is unlikely to feature.
It is most likely to be the same Arsenal first team that defeated Swansea on Saturday as Arsene Wenger will be looking to keep his most fluid side in action.
Ahead of the match Wenger discussed the toughness of Group F and the importance of maintaining their strong start to the season and their Champions League campaign:
Napoli are a strong side and they are likely to be the toughest test that Arsenal have faced this season thus far in all competitions.
"We are in a tough group, if you look at the teams – Marseille, Dortmund, Napoli and us – they are all at the top of their league in big football countries. For us it's vital to continue our run, but you know as well that the importance of a home game will be decisive in a group of this quality. He (Rafael Benitez) is a top class manager, he has proven that, so when you are confronted with his teams, you know it will always be difficult. But we are up for it, we want to do it and we have the confidence to do it."
Benitez's side is certain to ask questions of Arsenal all evening and the Gunners defense could be on the ropes more times than usual.
Aaron Ramsey is likely to draw a lot of attention from the Napoli defense which could help to open up passing lanes for Mesut Ozil to feed Olivier Giroud through the middle.
All in all it is set to be a great showdown early on in the Group Stages.
