Ferguson thrilled with Man Utd's 'champion-like' performance against Newcastle

Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has branded his team's performance during their thrilling 4-3 win against Newcastle United on Boxing Day as a championship-winning performance.
Javier Hernandez's 90th-minute winner capped another classic win for United, who came from behind three times before grabbing three points, the Daily Mirror reports.
With title rivals Manchester City losing at Sunderland, United now have a seven-point lead over their local rivals and Ferguson said his side has the look of champions, the paper said.
Ferguson said their performance against Newcastle sent out a statement to their rivals and proved the determination level of his players.
Ferguson also added that the win also once again demonstrated their never-say-die attitude and also hailed his team's attacking play. (ANI)
