The announcement was revealed during the Executive Committee meeting that was held on Monday headed by Jordan FA President HRH Prince Ali Bin Al Hussein. The Belgian coach was present at meeting in which he demonstrated his football coaching career and his accomplishments to the Executive Comittee.
“I am proud to manage one of the best teams in Asia as I have sensed the huge concern HRH Prince Ali holds for the development and success of Jordanian Football. The Jordanian people have big expectations for this team and I want to meet them when I lead the team in the upcoming long campaign of World Cup and Asian Cup joint qualifiers.” Put stated to the Jordan Football Association’s official website.
“This is my first time in Asia as a coach, I have worked previously in Africa and I know what it’s like to change coaching from one continent to another.” He added.
“I am looking forward to work with the team and cooperate with the clubs, media and work on reaching what’s best for Jordan’s National Team.” Put concluded.
