Robin Van Persie will make some sort of return against West Bromwich Albion according to Manchester United manager David Moyes. Speaking to the press before this weekend's Premier League fixtures, the Scotsman confirmed that Van Persie would indeed be making his return to first team action.

'Robin van Persie will be involved somewhere against West Brom. He has trained today [Friday]. Tom Cleverley has done some training as well. He just knocked his knee and it's not serious,' Moyes said. (via the Daily Mail)

Moyes has been under a little bit of pressure in the start of his new career at Old Trafford, having led his side to only two wins and one draw in five matches. Losses to Liverpool and Manchester City have raised question marks, but Sir Alex Ferguson's successor quieted the critics by defeating Liverpool on Wednesday night in the Capital One Cup.

Moyes admits that his time in charge at Old Trafford will present him with new challenges, but he is learning daily.

'I have been learning at this club ever since day one and I am still learning. Even the old manager was like that,' he said. 'I don't think you ever really get used to the enormity of this club. Certainly you won't until you have been here a long time.'Speaking about his side's victory over Liverpool in the league cup, Moyes expressed how hard United's previous loss to City was for the players and how he never doubted how his players would react to their next big test.

'I would hope you would have known the type of reaction you would get from the players at this club. They were hurt by the defeat and were determined to put it right.

'I hope they show the supporters again tomorrow. They did not enjoy the City result and we will try and make sure it doesn't happen again.'Manchester United host West Bromwich Albion tomorrow at Old Trafford.
