PSG's Menez claims he won't be leaving for Liverpool
Liverpool have been on the quieter side so far this transfer window but the club are starting to see the pace pick up in regards to rumors surrounding potential January additions.
However the former AS Roma winger has made comment as quoted by Sky Sports as claiming the he is going nowhere, "I didn't talk with anyone about a winter departure because it was out of the question to leave."
The last two seasons have seen Menez make 84 appearances for PSG scoring 17 goals and providing 24 assists.
However, this campaign he has been largely left to make substitute appearances with seven starts and nine late inductions between all competitions scoring twice and assisting two others.
While Javier Pastore was believed the Reds primary target from PSG, it looks like Menez has taken his place as the next most coveted star from the French side after the summer arrival of Mamadou Sakho and despite his statement that he is not leaving, Fenway Sports Group money could make both Menez and his club change their tune before January 31st.
