Tottenham v Queens Park Rangers: Predicted lineups
Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino will be making his home debut with Spurs after his summer signing Eric Dier was the difference maker in the first match of the season at the Boleyn Grounds against West Ham United.
After a strong midweek performance form last season outcast Erik Lamela, the former AS Roma youngster could find himself in the Spurs first team as the club's new manager continues to find his best first team.
With the entire first team back line nearly completely out due to injury it will be one of the better chances for one of the newly promoted sides to take advantage of Spurs weakness.
Kyle Walker, and Kyle Naughton are both definitely out due to injury and suspension while Vlad Chiriches, Jan Vertonghen, Nacer Chadli, Paulinho, and Mousa Dembele are all listed as doubts for the match.
Harry Redknapp will be making his first return to White Hart Lane since his sacking and the current QPR boss will be hoping to see his current side make the most of a chance to take three points from his former club.
Redknapp will hope signing Eduardo Vargas will be up for a debut but he is likely not to feature from the opening whistle, otherwise there are no injury issues or doubts for the Hoops.
After failing to take anything from their home opener last week, Redknapp will be desperate to secure three points away from Loftus Road as his side seek to maintain their place in the top flight.
