Would Syria go this far: a child tortured to death, body mutilated & genitals cut out, by Syrian regime?

Torture is an evil visited upon any human being whatever the age; however when youngsters start to be involved in this depravity, humanity touches a new depth of horror and shows itself devoid of all sensibility, empathy and instinct to protect:
