Visitors to the Xerox stand at Gulf Print ‘11 will experience innovative technology and print solutions
Xerox, the global leader in document management solutions, participates at Gulf Print 2011 as the largest exhibitor of the show during the period 14th – 17th March 2011. Xerox will be unveiling a range of firsts for the region including the Xerox iGen4 EXP and Colour Press 1000.
‘Helping you focus on what matters most’ is the Xerox theme which is meant to convey the full scope of the Xerox value proposition from industry leading technology to comprehensive customer support services. The company will demonstrate ways in which print professionals, graphic designers and vertical enterprise businesses can reduce costs and grow through the strategic use of digital and value added services.
According to a recent market intelligence report by Pira International, the total printing revenues in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) in 2009 reached $5.7 billion, and are expected to increase to a total of over $7 billion by 2015.

Xerox will unveil the iGen4 Exp, the industry’s largest digital cut-sheet solution available today that enables printing of three A4 sizes pages on one sheet. The iGen4 Exp gives users an immediate productivity spike with a host of new prepress and finishing capabilities.
In addition to the iGen4, Xerox will showcase of the 1000 Color Press which is known for its unique inline clear dry ink capabilities. The Xerox Color 1000 Presses prints at 2400 x 2400 dpi for excellent sharpness and uniformity and use Xerox’s new low-melt Emulsion Aggregation (EA) Dry Ink, which delivers an offset-like finish.
At Gulf Print, Xerox will also launch a range of new software tools designed to enhance customer productivity as well as the range of products that are available to their customers:
Myclick2print - a cloud based software tool that enables users to easily create, manage, store and submit documents using the web.
CMI - a cloud based color management tool that facilitates remote monitoring of a digital print devices' color systems in order to maintain accurate color reproduction.
XMPie - a multi-media suite of software that enables fully customized communications across web, email, sms and print.
Xerox will also be hosting daily seminars and presentations on their stand covering topics including workflow, web to print, basic variable data printing and business development. Pre-booked complimentary business consultations will also be provided to visitors by XL Consulting, Xerox business development partner in the Middle East.
Xerox is further extending their visibility at the show through the sponsorship of the Gulf Print Official Daily to underline the speed and performance of Xerox solutions for short run full color print jobs.
