Al Nisr Al Arabi Insurance Company continues support for KHCF "Back to School" program

Under the patronage HRH Princess Dina Mired Director General of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation, King Hussein Cancer Centre and Foundation have celebrated the graduation of 67 patients who completed the academic year 2010/2011 successfully under the Back to School Program that has been sponsored by Al Nisr Al Arabi Insurance Company, a leading company in Jordan's insurance sector. 

Al Nisr Al Arabi has supported the Back to School Program over the past two years and will continue this initiative for the forthcoming three years as a reflection of its belief in education for all as a priority particularly for cancer patients, enabling them to carry-on their education under the supervision of specialized teachers and thus achieve brighter future opportunities after they complete treatment.

The Back to School Program aims at providing cancer patients with the opportunity to continue their school education while receiving treatment in KHCC. 

During the ceremony HRH Princess Dina Mired thanked Al Nisr Al Arabi and other program sponsors for their continuous support for this program, explaining the role of the program in reducing patients and parents' sufferings through providing an education opportunity. HRH added "Back to School program is one of KHCF most important programs, since it provides treatment along with proper education decreasing the burden on parents. The program is a humanitarian initiative that allows patients to pursue their education under the supervision of 2 Ministry of Education teachers". 

Al Nisr Al Arabi Insurance Company General Manager Mr. Yacoub Sabella said "We are glad to be supporting this remarkable program implemented by KHCF, as we consider it a true success story we have been part of over the years; and an important humanitarian achievement that matches KHCC medical successes achieved day after day."
