At a virtual ceremony held today, The American University in Cairo (AUC) Press awarded the 2021 Naguib Mahfouz Medal for Literature to the Algerian writer Ahmed Taibaoui for his novel The Disappearance of Mr. Nobody (Ikhtifa’ Al Sayed La Ahad).
