Arabs Got Talent star Motaz Qawasmi performs in Zarqa schools

Motaz Qawasmi, “Arabs Got Talent” star presents some of his “ball-aerobics” at several schools in Zarqa governorate. The activities are part of LG’s Harat League, which aims at developing the students’ athletic skills and enhancing their expertise in soccer.
Before Zarqa, Qawasmi had begun his “ball-aerobics” tour in Northern Shuneh district and will go on to cover other parts of the Kingdom. The students, who were astounded by Motaz’s skills in handling the ball, expressed their delight and commended LG for this gesture that would help them develop their skills in the football matches they will be playing during the LG Harat League.
The Managing Director of LG Electronics Levant, Mr. Kevin Cha, commented: “Through this tour we are able to connect with students through a local sports star that would ignite their enthusiasm and bring happiness and joy to their hearts. This step is part of LG Harat League initiative, as we seek to reach the largest possible number of students in the various parts of the Kingdom and stimulate them into participating in this unique type of football.”
In that regard, Motaz expressed his delight at having been part of LG Harat initiative and said the activity availed him of the opportunity to interact with over 90 students. In fact, he added, their engagement with him will boost their self-confidence and urge them forward to develop their talents and skills. Qawasmi pledged to continue his sports tours to cover most schools in the Kingdom.
It is note-worthy that the LG Harat League is now in its third round and 12 of the 500 participating teams have qualified to compete in the round of quarter finals. The final match will take place on the 20th of July, under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Ali Bin Al-Hussein.
The grand prize to be awarded to the winning team in the LG Harat League is a once-in-a-lifetime visit to “Real Madrid Club” in Spain, where the winning team members will have the opportunity to train with the world’s best coaches, as well as attend one of the Spanish League games at Santiago Bernabeu Stadium in Madrid.
Mr. Hazem Hindawi, who participated in an online competition posted on the LG Harat League Facebook page, won an LG Optimus ME mobile phone.
