Bayt.com deploys MenaITech for Human Resources Management

MenaITech, the regional company specialized in building and deploying human resources applications, signed a bilateral agreement with Bayt.com for the deployment of the company’s payroll and personnel system MenaPay.

Signed by MenaITech CEO, Dr. Bashar Hawamdeh and Bayt.com CEO and Chairman, Mr. Rabee’ Attaya, the agreement includes deploying MenaPay system in Bayt.com’s branches spread over 11 countries to interlink employees in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Morocco, Lebanon and Jordan.

Dr. Bashar Hawamdeh said, “We are glad to add Bayt.com to our client list and to be able to automate and connect its employees in different Arab countries through a secure environment.”

“Unlike traditional systems, MenaPay will provide Bayt.com with the infrastructure needed to run its employees’ operations smoothly, despite the long distance separating its offices. Additionally, it will provide them with the ability to obtain instant and regular reports, allowing heads of departments and administration to follow up on the work according to set privileges,” he added.

From his side, Mr. Rabee’ Attaya welcomed the agreement with MenaITech, praising its expertise and programming capabilities in adapting its human resources applications to Bayt.com’s requirements.
