The West has been worried about Arab support for the US-led coalition against Daesh. But on the heels of the group's most recent publicity stunt in Libya, in which 21 Coptic Egyptians were beheaded in a slickly produced video, it's looking more and more like Arab countries aren't needing much of a push to go to war.
