The College of Islamic Studies (CIS), part of Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU), hosted prominent scholar Dr. Sherman Abdul-Hakim Jackson, from the University of Southern California (USC), to explore the concept of the Islamic secular as a pathway to Islamic reform.
