Four expatriates committed suicide in Bahrain in one week.
Indian national Jini Jose Kachipally, aged 30, who was working in a restaurant in Adliya, was found hanging from the ceiling fan in her bedroom at around 7 p.m. on Friday.
According to sources, the victim had alerted her cousin working in the same hotel about her intention, at around 6.30 p.m.
Separately, Bangladeshi national Mohammad Shujon Reza, aged 28, was found dead in his accommodation in Arad. According to sources, he was found hanging in his room yesterday morning.
The police were alerted by colleagues around noon.
Mr. Reza was working as a laborer with Bahrain Motors Company.
The two incidents follow the suspected suicide of Indian national Jaffrey Passanha, aged 53, a supervisor with a car dealership in Bahrain, who was found dead in his Tubli home on Wednesday.
An insurance company employee, Gopalan Jayasheelan, 42, also an Indian national, hanged himself in his Manama home on Monday.

A laborer at a contracting company Gurpreet Singh, 23, from India, was also found hanging in his accommodation on Nov. 2.
An employee at the restaurant where Ms. Jose was working said that the death had shocked them.
“She was not at work and at around 6.30 p.m. she called her cousin who was at work (both were working as waitresses) and told her that she was going to kill herself,” said the Indian.
“The woman rushed to the Gudaibiya accommodation which they shared and found Jini’s room locked.
“She managed to break open the door and reportedly saw her hanging from the ceiling fan.
“We were notified by around 7.30 p.m. and police moved the body from the scene at around 11 p.m.
“The incident is shocking; we heard that she had some family issues.”
Sources also said that Ms. Jose had reportedly reached out to many other colleagues on Friday evening to inform them about her intention to commit suicide.
Apparently, Ms. Jose came to Bahrain in July, through her cousin who helped her find the job. The deceased is survived by her husband who works in Qatar and four children, aged between four and nine, who are in her hometown in Kodungalloor, Kerala.
