An Egyptian man has allegedly raped and impregnated his mentally ill sister..twice, according to Emirates 24/7.
According to the article, the brother reportedly raped his sister and impregnated her two times within two years. She has already delivered the first and the second is on its way.
The mother of the brother and sister allegedly stood by quietly as baby one was delivered, and only reported her son when she learned her daughter had been raped and impregnated for a second time.
According to the mother of the rapist and mentally ill daughter, the baby lives with the family in Egypt's eastern town of Al Qalubiya, but does not have a birth certificate.
Police are currently conducting DNA tests to confirm whether or not the babies belong to the rapist brother, according to Emirates 24/7's Egyptian sources.
