A Pakistani woman, who suffered exhaustion atop a RAK mountain, was airlifted by the National Search and Rescue Centre team, in coordination with the Ras Al Khaimah Police Air Wing.
The 25-year-old woman was trekking in the Shuka area, south of Ras Al Khaimah when she fell ill. Her family immediately alerted the authorities and a rescue chopper was dispatched to the reported site.
She was airlifted to Al Dhaid hospital in Sharjah. As per the medical report, the woman was exhausted after the long trek.
