400 EMAL employees queued up to be tested for the levels of carbon monoxide in their bodies, in a week-long campaign relating to World No Tobacco Day 2011. The EMAL Occupational Health Clinic provided information and support for giving up smoking as it is considered the world’s most preventable cause of death. Reducing smoking amongst employees will lead to a healthier work force, which will help them both at work and at home.
